Born in Crestview, Florida, #54, Matt Sanders is a freshman from Crestview Senior High School. As well as excelling in football, Matt Sanders also was very involved with his high school’s wrestling team.

After being recruited, Matt Sanders began his Clemson football career as one of the teams biggest offensive lineman. Pushing 300lbs and standing 6’4” tall, Sanders is an intimidating figure on the field. His academic career is also excelling, as he is on the National Honor Roll and currently majoring in History.
