Kalon Davis returns to Memorial Stadium this season as a redshirted freshman and offensive guard. Davis enrolled at Clemson University in January 2010 and has been working hard to get himself on the Tigers starting lineup. Davis has really managed to catch and keep the eye of the Clemson Tigers coaches due to his high level of skill and knowledge of the game.

Before joining the Clemson Tigers, Kalon Davis was a highly noticed player and earned the No. 22 overall ranked player in South Carolina by Superprep and first-team all-state by The State and High School Sports Report. At Chester Senior High School in South Carolina, Kalon Davis was coached by Maurice Flowers.
