At Clemson University, there are three spirit squads: an all-female White cheerleading squad, a co-ed Orange cheerleading squad and the Rally Cats dance team. The Spirit Squads’ tryouts are rigorous and the Clemson Tigers only accept the best of the best. The Competition Squad is made up of cheerleaders from all both teams. These squads represent Clemson University by competing nationally against the best dance and cheerleading programs in the nation.

All three of these squads support the Clemson Tiger football team, as well as the men’s and women’s basketball teams. While not cheering on their fellow school athletes, the Clemson Tigers Spirit Squads are active in the South Carolina community. With appearances in and around Clemson for various functions, fundraisers and charity events, the Tigers Spirit Squads are very busy.

The dedication the Clemson Tiger Spirit Squads show to their school is unparalleled. The main goal of the Clemson University Tigers’ Spirit Squads is to promote school spirit and to rile up the 80,000 screaming Tiger fans. The Tiger Cheerleaders and Rally Cats are fun to watch, so come join your team for a great show and a great game!
